During trip everything was very good and we would love to return. Loved our 3 nights stay. The standard triple room was luxurious, comfortable bed. We received very good service from the competent and friendly professional staff.

The position of the hotel was great, in the Old Town within walking distance from the main attractions. Besides, we were adjacent to a lovely quiet park and shops, the grand bazar, the spice market and the sea and Sirkeci Mansion from 2/06/17 till 6/06/17...

Excellent hotel, service, and food

I had an amazing experience at this hidden gem in Istanbul. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street with minimal noise. My room had a luxurious bathtub and was spotlessly clean. Upon check-in, a staff member took the time to explain all the must-see sights, transportation options, and recommended restaurants. They even helped us with getting an Istanbulkart and refunded us when we returned it. The hotel offered free tours and experiences, and I thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class with the talented chef and translator. The hotel also provided free assistance with booking taxis and restaurants. Although there was a small hiccup with a taxi on our last day, overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Never before have I experienced such helpful, courteous staff. The room was very very clean, especially the bathroom. One got something for breakfast. Extra wishes in any respect were always carried out immediately.

Had good sleep in the superior double room with a big balcony and a beautiful view. the location was great, it's just next to all the main sights including the Bosphorus ferry terminal, Galata Tower, Istiklal Street, the Blue Mosque. - Enjoyed delicious treats at Hafiz Ahmet Cafe & Restaurant, just a short walk from the hotel.

The morning breakfast was rich with fresh fruit, cheeses and meats. the location was excellent for Istanbul, not far from the tram line and the Gulhane stop, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, and transport to-and-from the airport.

The location around a Byzantine basilica museum was peaceful for taking a stroll, the staff was very competent and friendly, and the standard triple room we stayed in felt luxurious.
